today the kewe chat is free and unmonetized. once chat volume justifies it (target: ≥1k chats/day sustained), the loop turns on.
any user can tip kewe in mei per message. tips flow to the treasury wallet (tbd at launch).
treasury funds campaigns that reward holders who actually show up: most-active chatters, top dispute submitters, ledger contributors. payouts in mei.
phase 4 ships (≥2026-08-07): treasury stops funding ad-hoc campaigns and starts flowing directly into the vault pool. every holder benefits proportionally.
this page will show real-time treasury balance, last campaign payouts, and (post-phase 4) cumulative mei routed into the vault.

WHY DEFERRED
premature tokenomics adds friction on a feature with no proven traffic. right call is: build audience first, then layer economics. when this page goes live with real balances, it'll be because kewe became something people use — not because we shipped a payment loop on day one.
